Annabel extends a warm welcome to you, and trusts you will enjoy your time at the Tea Rooms.

The Copper Kettle is a founder member of the Tea Council Guild and is rated in the top twenty of the finest tea rooms in the country. We have a delicious menu available which changes seasonally serving fresh sandwiches and jacket potatoes to scones and cakes - all made fresh in the cafe on a daily basis. We also have options for people with special dietery requirements, just ask a member of the staff. We are proud to offer you award winning produce from Swallow Fish of Seahouses and our pies are freshly made on the premises using only the finest local produce. When the weather is good, sit out in our patio garden, where dogs are most welcome

Bamburgh castle predominates over the village of Bamburgh, and the history of the tea room is directly linked to the castle.

Northumberland Cake Trail Says...

If you're visiting Bamburgh, you've got to go to The Copper Kettle Tea Rooms.

Its historic, quaint English appeal is loved by visitors to the area. You'll love the traditional cakes such as Copper Kettle Fruit Loaf and Victoria Sponge, as well as the more unusual dairy free Apple and Cinnamon.

If you love seafood, they serve a selection from award-winning local business 'Swallow Fish of Seahouses' and the homemade pies are served with mash, mushy peas and lashings of homemade gravy.  If you want to try a traditional dish, choose the

Panhaggerty Pie. Cream teas are served with award-winning Claire’s Handmade Jam
